To celebrate Lunar New Year 2022 and 2023 at Westfield Centres across Australia and New Zealand, Zebrar created an interactive Augmented Reality experience for shoppers. By scanning a QR code, customers were taken to a microsite to enter their date of birth, and then release a lucky AR lantern into the air. As their lantern floated up, it joined hundreds of other user’s lucky lanterns, delivering a red envelope containing their unique chinese horoscope.
